Turn your records into your next step.

Grow reads the sales, bills and filings you already keep. It shows what is working, how ready you are, and what to do next.

Insights screen for Parish Fresh Produce showing a summary card and a bar chart of the last 12 weeks of sales, with a total of J$795,851.50 and J$66,320.96 a week on average.

Sample business, sample data.

See what your business is doing.

Insights come from your own sales. Nothing to set up, nothing to type twice.

Sales trend

Twelve weeks side by side, so a slow week looks like a slow week and not a disaster.

Best days and hours

Know when to staff up and when to close early.

Top products

What sold most this month, and what sat on the shelf.

Payment mix

Cash, card, transfer, check and on account, as a share of what you took.

Summary, written from your figures

Every number in the summary comes from the charts above it. If one does not match, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.

Projection

The next 13 weeks of cash

A projection starts from what you have recorded and carries on what usually happens: bills coming due, sales at your recent pace.

It is always labeled Projection, because it is a guess drawn from your past, not a promise about your future.

Know where you stand.

Your readiness band is built from the records you keep. It looks like Steady or better, and a person reviews it.

  • Filing discipline. How many of your filings you made on time.
  • Revenue consistency. How steady your sales are week to week.
  • And more. Each part shows its weight and the records behind it.

Information, not advice. You see this first. It is not a credit score and not a grade. Nobody else sees it until you say so.

Each band comes with what changed since last time and what would move it. Fix a late filing, keep selling steadily, and it moves.

Readiness screen showing the band Steady, a note that it was reviewed by a person, and a breakdown starting with filing discipline: 5 of 6 filings made on time.

Find your export stage.

Your stage is worked out from your records and checkable steps, not a questionnaire.

  1. E0

    Not yet exporting

You sell at home. Nothing wrong with that.

  2. E1

    Export curious

You have looked at it and started to keep the records it needs.

  3. E2

    Ready at home

Your paperwork and product checks are in order, before anything ships.

  4. E3

    First exports

You have sent your first orders abroad.

  5. E4

    Regular exporter

Exporting is part of the normal week.

Example: a business at E2, Ready at home

Done

  • Twelve months of sales on record
  • Tax registration number on file
  • Product costing worked out

Next

  • Packaging and labeling check
  • Find out what the importing country requires

Example steps. Real requirements depend on your product and where it is going.

Ask Operate.

Ask about your own records and the rules that apply to you. Every answer shows where it came from.

  • Answers questions: "How much did I sell last week?" "When is my GCT return due?"
  • Explains a figure, summarizes a month, drafts a message for you to edit.
  • Labels its work Draft, Suggestion or Summary. You confirm every change.

It does not give financial advice. Ask "Should I borrow money to expand?" and it says: "I can't give financial advice. Here's what your records show about cash flow."

Ask Operate screen with suggested questions such as How much did I sell last week, and a note that answers are summaries of your own records.

If you want to be seen by capital.

With the readiness sharing switch on, you may be seen on 1877 Capital's diaspora platform. It is information and matchmaking only. 1877 Capital never holds money.

  • Both sharing switches (readiness summary, and a business advisor) are off until you turn them on.
  • You can switch them off again at any time.
  • Others only see a summary, never your individual sales.

Coming: records imported from other software will count toward readiness, with their source label. Being seen is not a promise of funding.

Start with the records.

Grow gets better the longer you keep them. Operate is free.
